Mike was absolutely outstanding. We needed an appraisal completed on a very tight timeline, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. He was able to visit the property within 24 hours and delivered a thorough report just a few days later. His professionalism, responsiveness, and overall customer service were exceptional. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of an appraiser. He was truly on point every step of the way.

Owner's reply
Thanks Nicole I was happy to help out your RUSH situation. You called on a Saturday late afternoon while I was inspecting in N Arlington and I was at your listing Sunday morning at 8am. You had your report in hand Tuesday morning! You can always count on me for RUSH service anywhere in the entire DC Metro area.

DC Metro Appraisals was very responsive in my needs to get an assessment of my father’s home after his passing. Mike accommodated my schedule to view the property, take pictures and listen to my explanations of improvements. After completing additional research, he presented me with a thorough appraisal and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend the services of DC Metro Appraisals!
